SME Bank cooperates with the Ministry of Energy, releasing 600 million baht credit,
for “Recovery Fuel Oil Establishment Project” to help SMEs
SME Bank cooperates with the Ministry of Energy to release the “Recovery Fuel Oil Establishment Project” with the 600 million baht credit to help those SMEs conducting fuel oil service station , LPG Service Gas to access to the sources of capital, low interest, special conditions, long installment for 6 years, fixed interest 8% a year. The entrepreneurs pay the interest fixed rate 3 %, while the Oil Fund shall compensate the interest for 5 % throughout the contract, to pilot for releasing the credit for the project of recovery for the customers within the fair.
Today (16 December 2011), the rite of publication with singing on the cooperation addendum for the credit of “Recovery Fuel Oil Establishment Project” between the Department of Energy Business , Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank) by Mr. Pihcai Naripthaphan, the Minister of Ministry of Energy and Mr. Viroon Techapaiboon, Deputy Minister of Finance, honors join as a Chairman in the rite of publication with singing on the cooperation addendum to the project releasing the credit as of amount 600 million baht by Mr. Veerapol Jirapraditthakul, Director-General of Department of Energy Business and Mr. Soros Sakornvisava, the President of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), jointly singing such cooperation addendum with piloting the credit releasing for Recovery Fuel Oil Establishment Project to the customers within the fair, at the Suan Son Meeting Room, 6Fl, Energy Complex, B Building, Ministry of Energy.
Singing on this project is part of economic recovery measure of the government in order to reduce the effects to the SMEs entrepreneurs who conducting the fuel oil service business station, LPG Gas Service, LPG Gas Filling Station, Fuel Oil Transportation Truck and LPG Transportation Truck damaged or affected from disaster from 25 July 2011 until now. Anyhow, any entrepreneur who requires the capital with low interest in order to spend for improving, repairing, recovering the business, the application for loan with not exceeding 1 million baht per case, maximum installment not exceeding 6 years, no principal return not exceeding 2 years, fixed special low interest at 3% per year throughout the contract with a person or juristic person or Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation can be used to guarantee.
