SME BANK invades the northern markets to help SMEs entrepreneurs taking 3 prominent credits with the most special interest, long installment to serve

Mr. Soros Sakornvisava, the President of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME BANK), has disclosed that in order to support the SMEs entrepreneurs to access the special capital rapidly, the bank has launched the booth in the fair of “Money Expo 2011” during 18-20 November 2011 at the Central Airport Plaza Shopping Center, Chiang Mai Province, Booth B 15. The bank has taken the 3 prominent credits which are comprised of OTOP Credit to use as capital for business operation, and for improvement the products with the credit of not exceeding 1 MB, maximum loan period for 7 years, while the first year is no need to pay the principal, the special interest. The bank shall consider from standard star awarded: interest as MLR for 3 stars, interest MLR-0.5% for 5 stars, and interest MLR -1% for 5 stars per year. Anyhow, the bank shall support those SMEs entrepreneurs to develop their potential of standard products with high quality.

The credit for purchasing the assets for the establishment or for current capital in the businesses for 15 year long. The first year shall be paid only the interest without the principal, the interest rate for 1st year shall be 1 MLR -1.50% a year, 2nd year shall be MLR -0.75% a year, 3rd year shall be per year. And Small Credit for business expansion as current capital or new business operation with period loan for 7 years, the first year shall be paid only the interest without the principal, while the bank shall calculate the special interests rate of MLR a year for all the borrowers who passed training from the alliance agencies of the bank, and for MLR +1 % a year for the general borrowers, while the persons or juristic persons can be guaranteed.
