SME D Bank organized a voluntary activity to pay tribute to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun
by presenting medical equipment and essential items to the “Neurological Institute” for patient care.
Miss Nartnaree Ratapat, the Managing Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank), along with the bank’s executive team and staff, organized a volunteer activity to present a royal tribute to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the auspicious occasion of his 71st birthday anniversary on July 28, 2566 B.E.
As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, SME D Bank donated medical equipment and consumer goods to the “Neurological Institute” under the Department of Medical Services, aiming to support patient care and treatment. The donations included Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) made from clear plastic water bottles, which were fabricated and tailored into PPE sets. Additionally, tube-shaped pillows were provided for bedridden patients to reduce the occurrence of pressure sores. Face shields to protect against airborne diseases and yoghurt were also among the donated items.
The handover ceremony was attended by representatives from SME D Bank, including Ms. Suwanna Wipaksongkrao, Deputy Director of Nursing, Dr. Wuttipong Thirakittinati, and Dr. Chayawat Thanonkeaw, Assistant Director of the Environmental and Energy Division, as well as executives from the Neurological Institute. SME D Bank, as a responsible corporate citizen, is committed to contributing to society and the environment, and fostering a culture of good corporate governance at the Neurological Institute, on July 26, 2566 B.E.
