Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank) or SME D Bank opened for sale of non-performing assets on August 1, 2022 with a total principal of 7,617 million baht, divided into non-performing assets with collateral, a total principal of 5,884 million baht and Unsecured non-performing assets with a total principal of 1,733 million baht, which can be paid as promissory notes within 3 years by purchasing document envelopes from August 3 – 17, 2022. DATA ROOM inspection schedule is scheduled from August 4 – September 2, 2022 (no except for public holidays) and deadline for submitting tender documents for consideration on September 12, 2022, when such non-performing assets have been disposed of. This will strengthen the bank’s financial status even more.
